1863 Boston, Newport & New York Steamboat Company Stock Certificate SERIAL #1!!!
Historic steamboat line, founded in 1863 when they acquired the assets of the Bay State Steamboat Company, the well-known Fall River Line. Serial #1, the very first issued by the company! Nice paddlewheel steamer vignette. R44c Civil War revenue stamp on front. Hand-signed by company officers. SERIAL #1 certificate!!!!
