1970's New York MC Motorcycle 449909 vintage license plate #361-2

Looks like the oldest sticker is from 1978.  Damage noted at top screw holes.
Measures roughly 7"x4".
Condition is used - please see pics (a picture is worth a 1000 words).  For decoration purposes, I am unaware if you can use this plate in your state - Buy accordingly.
