The Brochure Advertises the Saulpaugh & Hotel Heinrich in Mankato and the Point Pleasant Hotel
in Madison Lake for Automobile Tourists. The Unique History of Saulpaugh and Mankato can be found online.
It gives the Mankato Population as 15,000 but that is actually the Population of the County between 1910 & 1920.
The Brochure is from a time when Americans were first starting to travel on their own schedules and beginning to fall in love their Cars. It is Printed on a Heavy Paper/Cardboard, like a Cereal Box.
Although it is Damaged and in Poor Condition, The Brochure is an Historic Document that should be Preserved. It is Doubtful that many (or any) have Survived.
