Boston area pick up.
Not expert on age of this item. Overall appearance and condition are very good.  Finish is muted/antique gold paint on wrought iron.  It stands 65" tall and top arms span 34 1/2".  Rod top lifts out of tripod base for ease of moving. NOT lightweight or flimsy, but is hefty and substantial.  A little rust , as seen, near top. If you are lucky enough to have a dressing room, picture your most fabulous pieces on this!
