  • Condition: Up for sale is a Sonics 600X (220V) amplifier removed from an IMAX Theater. These amplifiers were manufactured by Bryston and tweaked for use with IMAX by Sonics Associates, their one time audio subsidiary. The amplifier has a CVX-03 crossover module installed that was used to drive screen channel and surround loudspeakers in a giant screen theater. Would make a great project for an audiophile that knows what these amplifiers are. Amplifiers were in working condition when removed, but are being sold AS-IS. Please note that these are 220V versions of these amplifiers. Power cords are not included but the input is a standard IEC plug.
