Please note
:  This is a Repair Service for your existing malfunctioning amp plate.  You send us your malfunctioning amp plate and we repair it and send it back to you.  It is
not
the outright purchase of a new or used replacement amp plate.  You will receive back the same amp plate that you send in, only repaired, updated and functioning as new.
This a repair service for the Infinity Interlude IL60
powered subwoofer amplifier plate.  This are great sounding and expensive speakers, but sooner or later the subwoofer plate fails. ElectroNetix has repaired many of them, and will get yours working quickly. Simply do a "Buy It Now" and once we receive your payment, we will respond and give you instructions for removing the amp plate from the speaker box as well as shipping instructions and an address to ship the amp plate (in Chicago area).  We will repair it, test it to factory specs, and ship it back to you, with turn around generally in 5 business days or less (exclusive of shipping).  With shipping time included, you should have it back in less than 10 days. Our service comes with a 180 day warranty.
Note that you will pay for shipping the amp plate to us by whatever shipper and method you choose.  The shipping charge shown in this listing is for return shipping back to you. You ship only the amp plate, not the entire speaker. We will provide you with instructions on how to remove the amp plate and the best methods for shipment.  This return shipping at the advertised cost is for continental US customers only.  We will gladly service other customers, but please request a quote due to the higher cost of return shipping.
The flat rate charge includes all electronic parts and labor to return it to like new condition with the following three exceptions:  First, there is a hybrid integrated circuit in the power supply of this unit that is quite expensive, and if it needs replacing, there is an additional charge.  This needs replacing on less than 10% of the units that we service.  Second,
we do have to charge extra to repair or replace any physical and mechanical damage to the unit such as physically broken switches, broken knobs, missing hardware, etc.  Third, if the power supply transformer is bad (a very, very rare occurrence), the unit cannot be repaired since no replacement transformers are available.  In this rare circumstance, we will refund your money less return shipping cost.
