Please note
:  This is a Repair Service for your existing malfunctioning amp plate.  You send us your malfunctioning amp plate and we repair it and send it back to you.  It is
not
the outright purchase of a new or used replacement amp plate.  You will receive back the same amp plate that you send us, only repaired and updated, and functioning as new.  Please read this item description in its entirety.
This a flat rate repair service for the
Klipsch KSW-12
powered subwoofer amplifier plate. These are great performing subwoofers, but sooner or later the subwoofer plate fails.  ElectroNetix has repaired many of them, and will get yours working quickly.
Simply do a "Buy It Now" and once we receive your payment, we will respond by sending you detailed removal and shipping instructions and an address to ship your malfunctioning amp plate (in
Chicago
area).
We will repair it, test it to factory specs, and ship it back to you, generally within 4-5 days from when it was received.  With shipping time included, you should have it back in about a week after you send it. Our service comes with a 90 day warranty.
One of the very rare failure modes on this amp is a defective power transformer.  If the power transformer has failed, then the unit cannot be repaired since replacement transformers are no longer available for this unit.  This is a very rare problem on this unit, but in the unlikely case that it happens, we will return the unit to you and refund your money less the cost to ship it back to you, or refund all of your money and dispose of the unit for you, at your choice.
Note that you will pay the shipping charges to us, but our repair charge includes shipment back to you.  We can advise you on the best way to ship the amp plate to us.  Note also that you will ship only the amp plate, not the entire subwoofer.
This repair service at the advertised cost is for US customers only.  We will service international customers, but please request a quote due to the higher cost of return shipping.
