    Description

    Large New Jersey Shore Black Crow Wood Decoy Carving. by Jack Mizak. Condition is "Used".
    Jack Mizak was a traditional decoy carver from Cape May County, New Jersey.
    This example of a large standing crow with glass eyes would be considered a rare example for this carver. He mostly did shorebirds and standard decoy carving.
    The carving is in very nice original condition.
    The original wood base has a flat cut back and I believe it was originally done like that.
    The total height of the carving including base is 13 inches (approximate) and 15 inches long.
    Incised signature on bottom of carving: MIZAK.
