This is a rare piece of sheet music for the song "IF I WERE KING" from the E. MAGNUS INGLETON, CLIFFORD GREY and I. B. KORNBLUMmusical comedy "PATSY"
which played the Mason Opera House in Los Angeles, California.
(The production opened March 7th, 1926 at the Mason Opera House and closed there, cancelling the San Francisco tryout and Broadway opening

The front cover has a store stamp from Remick's Song and Gift Shop in Portland, Oregon ..... CONDITION: With the exception of a small tear near the top of the outside edge, the start of splits at both the top and bottom seam and minor creasing to the lower right corner, this rare piece of sheet music is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
