The Tibetan word for a horizontal prayer flag is
Lung ta,
which translates literally as "wind horse." The windhorse represents the idea of well being and good fortune.

These beautiful
Lung Ta Prayer Flags
come in 5 different colors symbolizing the 5 elements. The set consists of 5 rolls, one color per roll.  Each roll has
10 flags measuring 4.5" by 4.3".  Blue symbolizes sky/space- Red symbolizes fire- Green symbolizes water- Yellow symbolizes earth and White symbolizes air/wind. Each roll comes with a 57"string.
