    MARLEN AUREUS with COIN
    Already during the Roman Empire a currency was in force which, by definition, was international: the Aureus (danarius aureus). To recall that coin, Marlen presents AUREUS, a collection with a classic and harmonious shape, made in an original celluloid marbled with a multi-chromatic charm where the purple fades into bronze and the aubergine blends with the cobalt blue. The finishes in precious metals and the precision of the decorative elements give it an exclusive and extremely interesting aspect. The top of the cap is decorated with a reproduction of the Aureus Pertinax and shows the Latin written “IMP CAES P HELV AVG”. The loading system is a lateral compression system obtained by inserting the supplied coin in the special slot decorated in an original way with a reproduction in precious metal of the stylized column, which has always been a recurring element characterizing Marlen products; finally, the clip is handcrafted with two exposed nails as used in the past.
