Return Policy
If you have any problems with your purchase, we want to know about it. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work to make it right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Partial refund may be given if item was sold as sealed and the seals are broken, missing original packaging, missing parts, signs of use, damaged, etc. Prior authorization is required before we will accept any returns or exchanges. Returns mailed without it, may be refused and mailed back. The serial/identifying numbers are recorded and must match before a refund will be issued. Shipping may not be refundable.
If the item returned is non-working/defective, our technicians will inspect it and/or run tests to confirm. If the item is found to be non-working, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
