Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the

, missing original packaging, missing parts, signs of use, damaged, etc. Prior authorization is required before we will accept any returns or exchanges. Returns mailed without it, may be refused and mailed back. The serial/identifying numbers are recorded and must match before a refund will be issued. Shipping is not refundable.
If the item returned is non-working/defective, our technicians will inspect it and/or run tests to confirm. If the item is found to be non-working, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
