    Description

    For sale is an ORIGINAL Rehearsal script from Stephen Sondheim, Hal Prince & George Furth’s 1970 masterpiece, COMPANY.
    This belonged to and was used by cast member Steve Elmore and features a VASTLY different script than what ended up on stage. You can see character names changed and are even written in as the actors who they wanted in the roles. The script is unfinished (as would be normal for an early draft of a Sondheim show) and has pages inserted (rewrites/changes, I’m guessing) and gives an extremely rare look at the writing process of one of the the greatest musical theater writers the world had ever known.
    This is the definition of a rare, one of a kind item.
    Condition is used with some tears due to wear and tear I’m guessing due to both use by the actor and age.
