Hospital Souvenir Plate from Rochester, MINN.
Plate measures approximately 8" in diameter with  gold leaf trim around scalloped edges of the plate.
The middle of plate has a collage of pictures of various Hospitals:  Mayo Clinic, St. Mary's Hospital, Mayo Clinic Plummers Building, Methodist Hospital and Doctors Mayo Memorial.
Green cord for hanging is on the back.
No chips or cracks are noted.
Back of Plate has a patial sticker.
