ebay Lot 87-12. This lot is 4 brooches. We will start with my favorite, the dark sapphire blue rhinestone Art Deco/Art Nouveau style brooch--may be a slightly later revival of that era, I am not certain on this one. I love the slightly abstract feel to the flower, and the rhinestone center, is just beautiful. About 1 3/4 inches in diameter. The Double Heart pin with the red rhinestone is brass, late 1930's to 1950 era, there were lot of this style made--although, since it is brass, you can bet for sure it was not made during the Second World War, (jewelers were not allowed to use brass during that time due to the need for brass for bullet casings, so probably before that) About 1 1/2 inches, slightly patinaed brass, still beautiful, could be polished! The little repoussee flower gold-tone brooch is just under an inch in diameter , can be used as a pendant, charm or a pin. The brightest one is the newest, signed Botique, has a faux pearl stud with a clamp pin on the other side--looks like you could replace the faux pearl with just about any small stud earring or pin you want, it is made to be inter-changeable. About 1 1/2 inches tall. 4 Brooches total for the "older vintage jewelry" lover! Did you notice that 1 is red, 1 is white, and 1 is blue?Items over .00 in value are shipped with insurance, which costs a total of .48 including the shipping envelope,m for packages 3 oz. and less. I underwrite the shipping costs and charge a nominal shipping fee to help keep my jewelry prices more affordable. I do offer free shipping on many of my lots, if I have been able to obtain the jewelry at a better price. Please understand that shipping costs are a major factor, and hat most sellers are underwriting the costs! We are not making a profit at it, and we have to pay final value fees on the shipping charges too.
I recently had an encounter with a customer who stated that some sterling silver jewelry I sold her was not signed and was indeed plastic. I know that statement to be completely false--I have pictures of the .925 stamp in the item description--I attempted to picture the marking on the necklace but could not get a clear picture; the mark was clearly visible on the ring and the earrings, and visible(in the picture) but not readable on the necklace. I 100% guarantee my statements, and offered the person the option of returning the set for a full refund, which she declined to do. I think it was a bit of a scam, and haven't yet been able to get her to retract her extremely false and negative feedback from my record, even when I showed her the pictures again and the .925 mark was visible. Please be assured that I stand by my items--if I make a mistake in listing, I readily admit it and issue a refund--I am not perfect, and once in a great while I get the designer name wrong. It could happen to any of us. I always hope the customer will help me further my knowledge and information on the various designers--I welcome HONEST Feedback. If you go through my feedback record from my customers you will see that when I have made a mistake or the customer wanted to return the item, it was no problem, and I think my record speaks for itself. I do not know how to protect myself from a dishonest person--I think she was attempting to get me to issue a partial refund, especially when she did not want to return the item for a full refund!

We appreciate it if you pay within two days after the auctions' end, and we will ship your item within one business day of receiving payment. If you purchase a BUY it NOW item, you must add it to your shopping cart first, even if you are planning on buying other items and combining shipping. If you do not add it to your cart, it remains on the market for others to buy. If you add it to your cart, arrangements MUST be made with the seller to pay for the item(s). All items not paid for will have an Unpaid Item case filed, unless the buyer has contacted me and has made other arrangements. If you feel you cannot pay for the item, please contact me so we can work something out! If you have a personal problem that comes up, PLEASE contact the seller! I am willing to work with you!
All vintage items will sustain a normal amount of wear, due to the passage of time--even an unused item can age due to factors such as temperature, humidity, and handling. Items listed as in great to excellent vintage condition will not necessarily look like new, and unless I state that an item is in pristine or mint condition, you will expect to see some indication that an item is not new. If I can tell that a repair has been made, I will tell you in the listing. Do not expect complete perfection unless that is expressly stated. Also, if you are bidding or planning to bid on more than one item to take advantage of the great savings in shipping costs, you will need to contact me to let me know. I am happy to combine shipping separate lots, but I am not a miThe nd reader, nor is it easy to tell, unless the bidding is ended, whether a buyer is involved in more than one bid, unless they are winning. I will allow a limit of up to 14 days as a cutoff for combining lots, to help you save money on shipping charges as well as to help me save money on packaging and materials. I am striving towards a goal of excellence in customer service, and I just ask that you help me make that possible. I will do my best.
