A Chinese Carved Soapstone Double Inkwell, c. Mid 20th Century. This Quaint Sized Soapstone Inkwell would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The Soapstone shows its natural charm and is nicely polished. The piece of Soapstone is hand carved throughout displaying detailed foliage accompanied by two inkwell pots. The backside is engraved China.
Condition:
This Soapstone Inkwell was exceptionally well made. Mild surface scratches are shown from age. There aren't any cracks or chips shown.
