Elastic sounds a little dry, but appears good for it's age
Measurements taken lying flat:
hips - 17"
waist - 16" - fully extended
inseam - 3"
No rips, tears or stains
I would consider excellent condition for their age
This is a used and I am selling as such.
I do not know if it comes from a smoke or pet free environment.
