Vintage mens swimsuit trunks bikini briefs short shorts size large L.

Small pocket at inside out side waist area:
Lining in front (has a spot/stain/soiling and some wear). See pic 9.
Buckle located in front has wear/scrapers/scratching/chipping to black paint.
Not certain what the fabric is. Feels more polyester than cotton (but, again, not certain what it is).
Uncertain of the designer. See buckle & fabric pattern.
Size large. Please see pics 10, 11 & 12 for laying flat measurements (as vintage sizes tend to run differently/smaller than modern day sizes.
