Not a stretchy fabric. But, the waist does have a bit of stretch as it has elastic. There is also a draw string.
The mesh liner (or built in underwater) has some stretch at leg area as that area has elastic.
Inseam (crotch seam to end of leg) is 3 1/4”.
Guesstimate late 1970s or early 1980s. See the label.
Main color is beige. Accent stripes of brown with white at hips side seam and hem area.
