Vintage wood pants/skirt hanger with advertising:  Moses Clothing Co., Streator, ILL.  States pat'd Aug. 18, 1903.  Composed of wood and metal, the bottom advertising is on both sides, approximately 8 1/2" long; top to bottom approximately 7 1/2".
