Gorgeous. Quite the unusual find!
Condition: slipper satin ruched fabric is varying colors of ivory, with some pinkish hues. This is due to how the fabric has aged over the past 80 years.
Flowers can use some refluffing etc. Some dark smudges under the actual hook.
