This is ONLY return shipping and diagnostics.
Upgrade or repair your Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X hard drive.
Note: 2TB is the largest standard internal drive possible but, you can upgrade to larger drives as well.
Warning: This process opens your system and voids the warranty we are not responsible for any damages.
What you are paying for:
1. Installation services in the case of a BYOD upgrade or repair in the case of a nonworking system. Opening the system, copying files from old to new, and swapping the drive.
2. Optional LED swap. (requires console to be sent aswell)
*The long handling time is to allow you to ship the drives to us, allow us to fulfill your request and ship back along with shipping of any additional parts to fulfill your request.
* Includes only formatting the HDD or SSD and the purchase of a new drive if requested, does not include USB Drive with OSU File on it you will still need to download the latest OSU1 file onto a flash drive and do a offline update once you receive the drive back. You can also purchase one from us at an additional cost if and we will load the flash drive with the correct OSU File and send it with the drive, you will still need to perform the Offline Update on the console

by plugging the USB with the OSU File on it into the USB port on the side/front on the console depending on model of console you have.
Upgrading or repairing an XB1 hard drive isn't as easy as a PS4 since the XB1 drive needs to be properly formatted prior to installation and can be daunting to most.
Aside from the higher difficulty, there isn't a hard drive size limit like prior Xbox's.
Detailed process:
1. Message me thru ebay/or send in a buyers note your email address so i can send you a liability release form along with a repair description form for you to print, fill out, and send back with your drive(s).
2. Ship your System/Drives to us, we'll upgrade, repair, or replace the internal hard drive and ship it back to you.
2. The price in the listing is the return shipping and diagnostics fee, once we receive the console and what you want to do to it we will get a price and contact you with a total price.
3. All upgrades to SSD or larger drives need to be sent along with the system. (Or you can purchase from us if you don't have one or want to go buy one drive cost will be added to the total cost of the job)
4. All data will be transferred to the new drive unless you request otherwise and if possible.
*Drives purchased from us will include a tamper evident sticker and drive sent by buyer will go back with a tamper evident sticker.
5. If for any reason you decide to not continue with the repair the fee paid is non-refundable.
Our Warranty:
On each board that comes and goes we apply our warranty sticker with a serial number and we also make a record of your console serial number and motherboard serial number to prevent fraud. Consider this our promise to you that your board will last you for many years to come on the specific fix that we made! Now if that sticker is removed or tampered with, the warranty is no longer valid and considered to be void. The duration of the warranty period is 3 months. In the event your board/console fails again for the SAME reason we will attempt to repair it at our own expense. You just need to to us and return shipping.
*Insurance on the return package is not included of you want insurance added please add it in the buyers note or notify us before we ship it back so we can get you a correct estimate for the repair/upgrade.
*This is only a Transfer/Upgrade Service we check to make sure that your files have been moved over to the new drive if the drive is functional as there is no other testing done.
*This service may not work every time as there can be many causes for the problem/error code such as board related problems if it doesn't work you will need to send the drive with the console for further testing we are not responsible for the drive working in your system this service is explicitly for formatting the drive with the XBOX OS but it may not work every time due to unknown circumstances.
*Sending the console along with the drive is recommended but not required as we won't be able to confirm functionality without it.
